Founded by Rob Smith in 2017, Velocity Marine and Fabrication builds 20-50ft custom aluminum boats. We will be specializing in 32ft Bristol Bay boats, 25-36ft Commercial Crabbing vessels, 25-40ft Landing Crafts, 25-45ft Catamarans, 25-35ft Six Pack Charter Vessels, Work Skiffs, Seine Skiffs and all other custom projects/builds. Rob started in the boat building industry in 1999, working as an aluminum fabricator for All American Marine. He worked there for 11 years where he worked up to Supervisor and Project Manager for the Welding/Fabrication team. He left All American in 2010 to start up an aluminum boat building company Mavrik Marine and was there for 2 years when he decided to move on to other projects. A self taught welder, Rob's attention to detail and reputation for his quality of work has made him a well known name in the aluminum boat building industry. With Rob Smith's over 18 years of experience, Velocity Marine and Fabrication has capacity for a wide range of projects/builds.
